     It has been a dream for many Nepalese to see train in Nepal coming from China since a long time and this dream has started to take shape rapidly after a long unofficial blockade by India.     The purposed railway map is marked blue in the following figure: Purposed Railway from China to Nepal. It will mean a lot to the economics and politics of India, China and Nepal. Nepal:      This railway will distribute Nepal's international trade dependency between China and India. Currently, Nepal has huge dependence on India for Trade. Such distribution of dependency will prevent India from imposing future blockades on Nepal.     Around five years ago, people of Kathmandu had long wanted three changes in Kathmandu Valley. Almost everyone would be complaining to make such changes occur. And these were halt in load-shedding, halt in strikes by political parties, and the last, as you might have guessed is the halt in pollution; specifically air pollution.     Halt in load-shedding was quite a challenge, particularly because of solar panel and generator businesses, perhaps candle business too. But it took one bold guy, backed by an honest minister(or at least seen as honest) and reputation hungry prime-minister to do what had to be done.    Strikes by political parties have not yet halted, but the reduction in such strikes is on the process. This was accomplished, as I deduce, by the people themselves who denied strikes despite the threats. Lying between two hot pots, Nepal can't remain cold forever. It has started to get hotter and it shall continue. While the political risks still exist noticeably, most of the political parties have only one choice left; to help build the economy of Nepal. Because of being land-locked country it will prove to be very difficult to make it to the global levels.    However, there are possibilities to at least rise to a middle income country from low income country. Things must be done quickly and effectively. For a country with large tourism possibility but not much progress, large hydroelectricity possibility but not much progress, ... and so on,  entrepreneurship, education for critical thinking, intelligence agencies for the government, very low taxes for importing productive items with a viewpoint of creating good business and industry environment, and using remittances largely for productive causes instead of big television, mobiles, etc...  could give Nepal bett...

Loot was a breakthrough in Nepali film Industry for many reasons like outstanding presentation, interesting story-telling, improved cinematography and most importantly the realistic character; Haku Kale, whom I am about to write about. I don't feel like calling Haku a 'hero' straight because he is a lootera and also he takes advantages of vulnerable situations like economic blockade (in Loot 2; much ruined sequel). Nepal's current hydro-power production is 1600 MW. And the total installed capacity of Karnali Chisapani alone would be a staggering 10,800 MW!
